Our Training Officer, Capt. I. P. Waters, leaves the School and the Contingent to take up an appointment elsewhere and we wish to record our appreciation of his valuable services.
...
We have pleasure in welcoming Mr. M. Campbell to the Contingent. Mr. Campbell has a wide experience of active service and of training duties and we are fortunate to have such an officer to succeed Capt. Waters.
The Annual Inspection of the Contingent took place on June 2nd last, the inspecting officer being Lt. Col. T.C.F. Winnington, M.B.E., commanding 3rd Battalion Grenadier Guards, who was accompanied by S/Ldr. Hayward for the R.A.F. Section.
We are in process of forming a Naval Section of our Unit whichwe hope will begin to function as from the beginning of next term.
Field day is on July 17th, and the Contingent goes to Camp at Pirbright on July 23rd.
