Michael Portillo (Conservative) is the sitting Member of Parliament for Kensington and Chelsea and Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer.

Noyce (LibDem) is a candidate for the seat of Harrow West. He is a
councillor on Harrow Borough Council.
