Mr. P. A. R. Street
Phillip Arthur Richard Street was a pupil at Harrow County between 1926 and 1933. After teachers training he returned to the school to teach chemistry and mathematics in 1939. He was form master of 2A in 1940. From 1942 he did some war service at a government research post. He returned to the school after the war but did not stay long, and left in 1945, for a post at Kingsbury County School.
